It’s been a tough few months for the Central Coast land sales market, but this weekend it felt like the Sydney recovery has stretched its tentacles out to us again.
I’ve got a feeling that we’re set for a solid summer of buying and selling!
Enquiries at Orchid Hill Estate were decidedly up last week and it was the second home buyers leading the charge.
Last week we also saw a raft of lenders lower their assessments rates which means means a couple who had a maximum borrowing capacity of $515K last week now has an extra $100K in spending power this week. This is not to be underestimated... [read more about that later this week]
